Consultations

Over time, I've found myself asked to teach more and more writing classes. I like teaching. I like teaching writing. I enjoy it so much that I helped found Anhinga Writers' Studio, which provides face-to-face writing instruction in Gainesville, Florida, every summer. For more information, check out our website: www.anhingawriters.org

I love teaching at this event, but it only happens once a year. It occurs to me that writing instruction doesn't need to occur face-to-face. In fact, it lends itself well to online communication, because working by internet allows the student the chance to spend time on a submission, then submit it to the teacher when it's really ready.

If you're interested in that kind of instruction, drop me an e-mail at maryannaevans@yahoo.com with some information on your work, including the number of pages, and we can discuss the kind of instruction or editing you'd like. I take payment through Paypal.

I look forward to hearing from you.
